本日の研究室セミナーの論文紹介の担当は化学生態学研究室四年生の伊藤さんで,紹介した論文は Xing Liu, Jerry D. Cohen, and Gary Gardner, Low-Fluence Red Light Increases the Transport and Biosynthesis of Auxin. Plant Physiol. 2011 157: 891-904 でした. オーキシンの極性輸送と生合成に及ぼす赤色光の影響についての論文です.

昨日の研究室セミナーの文献紹介の担当は四年生の福島さんで紹介した論文は Rodríguez, A. et al. (2011). Terpene down-regulation in orange reveals the role of fruit aromas in mediating interactions with insect herbivores and pathogens. Plant Physiol. 156: 793–802 でした.リモネンの生産を抑制した形質転換オレンジの病虫害抑制についての論文です.

昨日の研究室セミナーから四年生の文献紹介が始まりました.昨日の担当は前田君で紹介した論文は Tian, D. et al. (2012). Salivary glucose oxidase from caterpillars mediates the induction of rapid and delayed-induced defenses in the tomato plant. PLoS ONE 7: e36168 でした.アメリカタバコガ幼虫の唾液に含まれるグルコースオキシダーゼによるトマトの抵抗性誘導についての論文です.

更新が遅れてしまいました.先週水曜日の研究室セミナーの論文紹介の担当は化学生態学研究室修士一年の吉田さんで,紹介した論文は Danielle Goodspeed, E. Wassim Chehab, Amelia Min-Venditti, Janet Braam, and Michael F. Covington, Arabidopsis synchronizes jasmonate-mediated defense with insect circadian behavior. Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U.S.A., 109(12), 4674-4677 (2012) でした. 昆虫の摂食行動とシロイヌナズナのそれに対するジャスモン酸を介した抵抗性反応が概日リズムの支配を受けているという論文です.
