研究室セミナー & 先週の輪読

先週水曜日の研究室セミナーの文献紹介の担当は四年生の遠藤君で,紹介した論文は Kettles, G. J., Drurey, C., Schoonbeek, H.-j., Maule, A. J. & Hogenhout, S. A. Resistance of Arabidopsis thaliana to the green peach aphid, Myzus persicae, involves camalexin and is regulated by microRNAs. New Phytol. 198, 1178-1190 (2013) でした. モモアカアブラムシに対するシロイヌナズナの抵抗性にフィトアレキシンであるカマレキシンが関与していて,その制御にはマイクロ RNA が関わっていることを報告した論文です.

今日の研究室セミナーの文献紹介の担当は化学生態学研究室四年生の藤原さんで,紹介した論文は Motte, H. et al. Phenyl-adenine, identified in a LIGHT-DEPENDENT SHORT HYPOCOTYLS4-assisted chemical screen, is a potent compound for shoot regeneration through the inhibition of CYTOKININ OXIDASE/DEHYDROGENASE activity. Plant Physiol. 161, 1229-1241 (2013) でした.化合物ライブラリのスクリーニングから見いだしたシュート誘導物質フェニルアデニンについての報告です.

今週水曜日の研究室セミナーの文献紹介の担当は博士一年生の堀江君で,紹介した論文は Fujishima, S.-h., Yasui, R., Miki, T., Ojida, A. & Hamachi, I. Ligand-directed acyl imidazole chemistry for labeling of membrane-bound proteins on live cells. J. Am. Chem. Soc. 134, 3961-3964 (2012) でした.細胞内のタンパク質に特異的に結合できる新規標識法についての報告です.

先週水曜日の研究室セミナーの文献紹介の担当は修士一年生の濱名君で,紹介した論文は Li, B. et al. Visualizing metabolite distribution and enzymatic conversion in plant tissues by desorption electrospray ionization mass spectrometry imaging. Plant J. in press でした.植物組織内の青酸配糖体を質量分析イメージングを用いて可視化する方法についての報告です.
