今週の研究室セミナーでの文献紹介の担当は修士課程一年生の渡辺さんで,紹介した論文は Lu, J. M. H., Perkins, M. V. & Griesser, H. J. Total synthesis and structural confirmation of the antibacterial diterpene leubethanol. Tetrahedron 69, 6468-6473 (2013) でした.抗菌活性ジテルペンの全合成研究の報告です.

今週の研究室セミナーでの文献紹介の担当は化学生態学研究室修士課程一年生の藤原さんで,紹介した論文は Sakata, T. et al. Reduction of gibberellin by low temperature disrupts pollen development in rice. Plant Physiol. 164, 2011-2019 (2014) でした.イネの低温による花粉の発達の異常にはジベレリンの現象が関与していることを報告した論文です.

今週の研究室セミナーでの文献紹介の担当は化学生態学研究室修士課程一年生の武井さんで,紹介した論文は Prince, D. C., Drurey, C., Zipfel, C. & Hogenhout, S. The leucine-rich repeat receptor-like kinase BRASSINOSTEROID INSENSITIVE1-ASSOCIATED KINASE1 and the cytochrome P450 PHYTOALEXIN DEFICIENT3 contribute to innate immunity to aphids in Arabidopsis. Plant Physiol. 164, 2207-2219 (2014) でした.イロイヌナズナのアブラムシに対する防御応答に BAK1 や PAD3 というタンパク質が関与していることを報告した論文です.

Dissecting the insect metabolic machinery using twin ion mass spectrometry: a single P450 enzyme metabolizing the insecticide imidacloprid in vivo. Anal. Chem. 86, 3525-3532 (2014) でした.同位体標識化合物を利用するツインイオン質量分析法という方法を用いて,ネオニコチノイド系殺虫剤イミダクロプリドのショウジョウバエでの代謝を調べた論文です.

今週から研究室セミナーでの文献紹介が始まりました.今週の研究室セミナーでの文献紹介の担当は博士課程二年生の堀江君で,紹介した論文は Tamura, T., Kioi, Y., Miki, T., Tsukiji, S. & Hamachi, I. Fluorophore labeling of native FKBP12 by ligand-directed tosyl chemistry allows detection of its molecular interactions in vitro and in living cells. J. Am. Chem. Soc. 135, 6782-6785 (2013) でした.タンパク質にリガンド特異的に蛍光プローブを共有結合させることによって,タンパク質-タンパク質相互作用を検出するという内容の論文です.
