研究室セミナー& 5/9-20 の輪読

5/2 で今年度の年間計画発表が終了したので,5/12 の研究室セミナーからは文献紹介が始まりました.5/12 は化学生態学研究室博士 1 年の武井さんの担当で,紹介した論文は Christensen, S.A. et al. (2015). Maize death acids, 9-lipoxygenase–derived cyclopente(a)nones, display activity as cytotoxic phytoalexins and transcriptional mediators. Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA 112: 11407–11412でした.5/19 は修士 2 年の武山君の担当で,紹介した論文は Chanclud, E. et al. (2016). Cytokinin production by the rice blast fungus is a pivotal requirement for full virulence. PLoS Pathoge. 12: e1005457 でした.
