昨日の研究室セミナーの文献紹介の担当は修士課程の今井君で，紹介した論文は Sandra Fonseca, Andrea Chini, Mats Hamberg, Bruce Adie, Andrea Porzel, Robert Kramell, Otto Miersch, Claus Wasternack & Roberto Solano, (+)-7-iso-Jasmonoyl-L-isoleucine is the endogenous
bioactive jasmonate. Nat. Chemi. Biol. 5(5), 344-350 (2009) でした．ジャスモン酸類の活性本体の化学構造に関しての論文です．
最近，これに関連して Nature に受容体複合体である COI1-JAZ にジャスモン酸類が結合するためにはもう一つの因子としてイノシトールリン酸が必要だという報告が出ています（Jasmonate perception by inositol-phosphate-potentiated COI1-JAZ co-receptor.）．
