研究室セミナー & 今週の輪読

今週の研究室セミナーでの文献紹介の担当は化学生態学研究室修士課程一年生の武井さんで,紹介した論文は Prince, D. C., Drurey, C., Zipfel, C. & Hogenhout, S. The leucine-rich repeat receptor-like kinase BRASSINOSTEROID INSENSITIVE1-ASSOCIATED KINASE1 and the cytochrome P450 PHYTOALEXIN DEFICIENT3 contribute to innate immunity to aphids in Arabidopsis. Plant Physiol. 164, 2207-2219 (2014) でした.イロイヌナズナのアブラムシに対する防御応答に BAK1 や PAD3 というタンパク質が関与していることを報告した論文です.
