先週と今週の木曜日には生物制御化学・化学生態学研究室合同で中間発表会を行いました．残念ながら，私は先週の中間発表会にはブルカーのユーザーズミーティングに出張していたため参加できませんでした．生物制御化学研究室では二年前までは中間発表会はいつも年末にやっていたのですが，年末では「中間」というには遅過ぎるということになり，昨年は 11 月に拓かれました．今年はさらに早めて 10 月開催となったのです．時期的には確かに中間なのですが，昨今の就職活動の長期化の影響などもあり，特に四年生にとっては中間発表するネタがほとんどなくて苦しい発表になったのではないかと思います．しかし，案外アッと言う間に卒論を仕上げなければいけない時期になるので，卒論発表までには良い結果が得られるように頑張ってもらいたいと思います．
