J. Agric. Food Chem. 60(36), 9280-9291 (2012) でした.マイコトキシンであるデオキシニバレノールの配糖体がビールやパンの製造過程でどのように増減するかについての論文です.

化学生態学実験 III,研究室セミナー & 今週の輪読
木曜日で長谷川担当の資源生物科学科三年生向けの学生実験「化学生態学実験 III」は全日程を終了しました.今年は受講生が 31 名と比較的多かったのですが,最後まで欠席者がゼロという珍しい年でした.実験自体は終了しましたが,実験レポートの提出は二週間後の 12/7(金)が締め切りです.今年は RENANDI という大学の e-ラーニングシステムにレポートをアップロードしてもらうことにしました.アップロードされたレポートに明らかな間違いがあった場合には再提出してもらう予定です.
今週の研究室セミナーの文献紹介は化学生態学研究室修士一年の吉田さんで,紹介した論文は Mayako Kutsukake, Xian-Ying Meng, Noboru Katayama, Naruo Nikoh, Harunobu Shibao & Takema Fukatsu, An insect-induced novel plant phenotype for sustaining social life in a closed system. Nat. Commun. 3, 1187 (2012) でした.閉鎖的な虫癭を形成するアブラムシが排泄物である甘露をどのように処理しているかということについての論文です.先週の研究室セミナーの文献紹介の担当は研究生の濱名君で,紹介した論文は María Fernández-Marcosa, Luis Sanza, Daniel R. Lewisb, Gloria K. Muday, and Oscar Lorenzo, Nitric oxide causes root apical meristem defects and growth inhibition while reducing PIN-FORMED 1 (PIN1)-dependent acropetal auxin transport. Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA 108(45), 18506-18511 (2011) でした.一酸化窒素が植物の根の生長をオーキシンの極性輸送を抑えることによって制御してるということについての論文です.

化学生態学実験 III & 今週の輪読
先週の金曜日から長谷川担当の学生実験「化学生態学実験 III」がスタートしました.先週は実験の説明のための講義をやっただけだったので,実験自体は今週月曜日から本格的にスタートしました.今年の受講生は 31 名です.研究室の学生さんたちのお手伝いのおかげで前半は特に大きな問題もなく無事に折り返すことができました.来週の木曜日まで学生実験は続きます.

本日の研究室セミナーの文献紹介の担当は化学生態学研究室修士 2 年の田中君で,紹介した論文は Nelson et al. F-box protein MAX2 has dual roles in karrikin and strigolactone signaling in Arabidopsis thaliana. Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA 108, 8897-8902 でした.植物を焼いたときの煙に含まれる発芽促進物質であるカリキンと枝分かれを制御する植物ホルモンであるストリゴラクトンのシロイヌナズナにおけるシグナル伝達に関する研究です.
