今週水曜日の研究室セミナーの文献紹介の担当は化学生態学研究室四年生の武井さんで，紹介した論文は Montillet, J.-L. et al. An abscisic acid-independent oxylipin pathway controls stomatal closure and immune defense in Arabidopsis. PLoS Biol. 11, e1001513 (2013) でした．
病原細菌に対する抵抗性反応として起こる気孔の閉孔にはアブシジン酸には依存しないオキシリピンのシグナル伝達経路が関与していることを示した報告です．
